Will Week Two Stemulite Trial

Another week down, and what a week its been! Not only with Stemulite but its been a crazy-busy week with work too. That being said, I'm still amazed  with this supplement!

SATURDAY: Day One
Hours Slept:
23:00 – 07:30 – a great night sleep. Woke up before my alarm, feeling fresh!
Feeling:
For the first time since starting this trial, I awoke with DOMS. To be honest, this was expected. Yesterday was an arm workout – my first arm specific workout for nearly 6 years. I usually get my arm work from their assisting role in many bigger muscle group workouts.
Travel:
Drove to work (due to having to pick up a box of equipment needed to teach)
Work Hours:
09:30 – 10:00
Classes Taught:
CXWORX
Workout:
Today was a bonus rest day, after training arms a day early yesterday. I spent the day in the garden, doing more weeding, mowing and building some more bits.

SUNDAY
Hours Slept:
22:00 – 08:00 –woke up feeling great!
Feeling:
I felt like I had plenty of energy but spent a lot of the day sat down, writing posts and getting ready for a busy week, full of meetings and courses.
Travel:
None.
Work Hours:
None.
Classes Taught:
None.
Workout:
None.
Tablets:
1 daytime and 1 night-time formula


MONDAY
Hours Slept:
23:00 – 07:00 deep, restful sleep.
Feeling:
Woke up feeling the same as I did yesterday. Wide awake and alert.
Travel:
8km cycle to/ from work.
Work Hours:
09:30 – 18:00
Classes Taught:
Boot Camp 9:30 – 10:30, Spin 19:00 – 19:45, HIIT Training 19:45 – 20:15
Workout:
Rest Day. But I took part in my boot camp class, rather than just being the drill sergant.

TUESDAY
Hours Slept:
22:00 – 07:00 solid sleep
Feeling:
I felt AWESOME. Woke up fresh and got better throughout the day.
Travel:
5 Km cycle to/ from work.
Work Hours:
11:00 – 20:00
Classes Taught:
CXWORX 18:30 – 19:00 & INSANITY 19:30 – 20:00
Workout:
Workout One from my new plan. Chest and back. 10:00 – 10:45. I’m getting used to struggling but not feeling it. Today I went much heavier than last week and still felt great for the rest of the day.

WEDNESDAY
Hours Slept:
21:45 – 05:15
Feeling:
I woke up before the alarm again today. Wide awake. I got up, ate and got to work extra early, ready for my early Insanity session.
Travel:
5 Km cycle to/ from work.
Work Hours:
06:15 – 11:15
Classes Taught:
Insanity Live, 06:30 – 07:00
Workout:
Workout two: legs and shoulders. 11:15-12:00
Tablets:
2 daytime and 2 night-time formula


THURSDAY
Hours Slept:
20:00 – 04:30.
Feeling:
Despite being up earlier than I had for a long time, I felt awesome and still awoke before the alarm. I knew today was gonna be a long day, but I felt great all day!
Travel:
5 Km cycle to/ from train station. 3 hour train journey each way and about 2 miles walking.
Work Hours:
Left home at 05:00 and got home at 19:00
Classes Taught:
None. I was on a course all day today.
Workout:
None today, due to work commitments.

FRIDAY
Hours Slept:
22:45 – 08:30
Feeling:
I expected to feel lethargic all day, after yesterday but I felt awesome. So much so that I hit my arm workout and added some extra cardio at the end.
Travel:
5 Km cycle to/ from work.
Work Hours:
14:00 – 22:00
Classes Taught:
None.
Workout:
I had tomorrows arm workout as I felt great and tomorrow is going to be a busy day with another wedding, classes and a family visit to fit in. I added in 1Km row in at the end of thru session and managed to knock time off my personal best.

So, week two on Stemulite? It continues to delivery on what I originally expected and again on what I’ve learnt to expect from it too. I am constantly blown away by Stemulite I can’t wait to start my new plan in the coming week!
